January and June - MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT GRIEF
Whether you have lost someone dear, or want to help a friend or family member through their grief, you may have more questions than answers. In this class, we will define grief by dispelling some common misconceptions.
February and July - DEVELOP YOUR UNIQUE CARE PLAN
98.6 and 120/80 are normal for body temperature and blood pressure. If you are grieving you may be wondering what is normal grief. This session will help you evaluate your progress and bring reassurance that you are not going crazy.
