Grief is a journey we don't have to walk alone.
Understanding Grief Classes
Most people don’t understand grief. Come learn what grief is and how it affects all of us whether you're grieving or know someone who is but don't know how to help them. You won’t be asked to say anything or do anything in our classes - just come and learn. Many of these classes are based on the work of Dr. Alan D. Wolfelt's Understanding Your Grief Touchstones for Hope and Healing.
CLASSES meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and there is NO CHARGE to participants.
A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Dion Dolva at Front Range Media for all the filming and production of our Understanding Grief Training Videos!
